London-based law firm RPC (Reynolds Porter Chamberlain) is disposing of its insurance software and consulting business, RPC Tyche, to a U.S. cloud technology firm, QOMPLX, the firm announced on Tuesday, leaving it with no consulting offering. 

It marks an end to nearly six years of ownership of the business, which RPC acquired from consultancy business Marriott Sinclair in 2015.
