Former DraftKings general counsel Tim Parilla recently jumped from being a legal tech customer to a legal tech staffer when he joined artificial intelligence-powered contract analysis software provider LinkSquares on March 8. Parilla, who has served on LinkSquares' advisory board since 2016, said his latest job switch is a continuation of his fascination with tech and streamlining in-house legal operations.
Parilla will rely on his previous in-house experience at previous tech startups to build LinkSquares' burgeoning in-house legal team. He will also provide insights into how legal departments leverage contracts and software as LinkSquares continues to develops its platform.
