Earlier this month, e-discovery marketing professional Neil Etheridge joined business communication analyzer provider LitLingo as its chief operating officer. Etheridge was previously chief marketing officer for e-discovery provider DISCO and held top marketing and sales roles at Recommind and Hummingbird. But while LitLingo isn’t an e-discovery provider, it isn’t a complete departure from Etheridge’s past.

LitLingo analyzes and flags digital-based employee communications for potentially anticompetitive, discriminatory or culture risks, a proactive information governance measure that Etheridge explained many e-discovery providers are also segueing into.
