When I joined Legaltech News in mid-2015, I knew very little about legal technology—the industry, the technology, and most importantly, the people. But there was someone I could reach out to who had suggestions and stories in spades: former LTN editor-in-chief Monica Bay. And for all of her advice and aid, she only ever asked one thing: “I’d like to keep my Women of Legal Tech series going for as long as I can.”

For years, the Women of Legal Tech series served to give the industry’s women—an underrepresented yet growing voice—a platform to discuss their views. Featuring as hard-hitting questions as most flagrant sexism encountered, or as light as favorite vacation spot, Monica’s chats with women from corporate legal departments, law firms and the legal technology industry were a monthly feature on our site, dating back years. Our archives have these Q&As back to 2016; I’m pretty sure they were published longer.
