COVID-19 has accelerated law firms’ automation efforts, and those initiatives will likely continue well into 2021.

According to a Mitratech report released in February, most legal organizations intend to increase their use of workflow and process automation over the coming months. Legaltech News found that many law firms, for instance, are aiming to automate client onboarding and e-billing processes, among other tasks.
