From regulatory compliance portals to litigation risk management, more firms are internally exploring software development. But do their corporate clients actually want these innovations?

While general counsel and their consultants told Legaltech News that they want certain innovations from their outside counsel, GCs don’t expect their law firms to become coding experts. Instead, they leave the heavy lifting of digitizing workflows, contract management and other top tech priorities to traditional software companies.
