Two Dutch lawyers have launched a law firm that focuses on data breaches, cybersecurity and incident responses, and regulatory privacy investigations and enforcement—the first boutique of its kind in the country, according to the firm’s founders

Sebastiaan Jeroen Lub, formerly a partner at Osborne Clarke, co-founded the firm with Barry Breedijk, who was a senior associate at Osborne Clarke. Both worked in the Amsterdam office of the U.K.-based firm.
