This isn’t déjà vu: Corporate legal, risk and compliance software provider Mitratech has purchased another legal tech entity. Today, the company announced it acquired contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform ContractRoom to provide end-to-end contract services.
Only a few days earlier, on May 6, Mitratech also announced it purchased outside counsel network and assessment service AdvanceLaw.
