Despite Opportunity, ALSPs May Not Be 'Aggressively' Pursuing Law Firm Engagements
Factor announced Tuesday that it was launching a new practice geared directly toward servicing law firms. But don't necessarily expect other new law companies or ALSPs to move focus away from corporate business.

Alternative Service ProvidersIt's not exactly the legal community's best-kept secret that ALSPs have made a name for themselves addressing process-oriented work inside the corporate legal market. But as law firms continue to struggle with the same budgetary and talent shortages faced by in-house teams, more ALSPs may be able to find new opportunities helping potential competitors—provided they are willing to pursue it aggressively.
