In March, we explored how Paladin, a pro bono opportunities platform, integrates into a firm’s existing pro bono program. This month, we’re profiling another tool designed to integrate into an existing law firm program—in this case, attorney training and development.

“Hotshot is all about bringing digital learning to the legal industry to cover the real substantive, practical stuff that isn’t always covered in law firm and law school training programs,” says co-founder Ian Nelson. With more than 220 on-demand courses, Hotshot covers topics relating to a variety of practice areas, including transactional and litigation, as well as business acumen skills.
