Alternative legal service provider Integreon announced today that it was acquired by private equity firm EagleTree Capital, which bought the company from previous owner NewQuest Capital partners. No financial details of the deal were disclosed, but in a press release announcing the news, Integreon noted that its operations, management team and personnel will not undergo any changes.

In the release, Integreon CEO Bob Rowe said the company "will continue to execute on its current strategy, now bolstered by EagleTree's resources and expertise. We have experienced tremendous expansion in recent years and we look forward to working with EagleTree to continue that growth."

In recent years, Integreon, which offers contract, litigation and business services as well as cybersecurity and regulatory risk management, has been chancing its offerings through new services and partnerships. In 2019, for example, the ALSP launched a Subpoena Processing and Compliance (SPC) service for its corporate clients and partnered with contract management provider Seal Software, who has since been acquired by Docusign. In 2020, Integreon also partnered with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform Sirionlabs and UK-based creation and automation technology company Turtl.
