More law firms are beginning to outsource cybersecurity training, but not necessarily just to satisfy the demands of clients or even insurance companies. Instead, a sudden proliferation of vendors, advances in remote training technology and the ability to use metrics to track employee progress could make outsourcing just too tempting to refuse.

After all, that training has to be completed one way or another. Cyber insurers and clients alike want to see that law firms are taking the time to coach their employees on proper cyber hygiene at least annually. The shift toward a more remote work environment has also put additional pressure on firms to provide adequate training around cyber do's and don'ts.
