Contract lifecycle management provider LinkSquares announced today it has closed on a $40 million series B financing round led by Sorenson Capital. The round also brought in a host of new investors, including Xerox, Catalyst Investors, BottomLine Technologies and the founders and legal and compliance executives of sports betting operator DraftKings. LinkSquares brought on board former DraftKings GC Tim Parilla as its chief legal officer in March 2021, after he had served on LinkSquares’ advisory board since 2016.

Also participating in the round were existing LinkSquares investors Jump Capital, Hyperplane Venture Capital, MassMutual Ventures, and First Ascent Ventures. Sorenson Capital partner Brady Broadbent and Bottomline Technologies general counsel Danielle Sheer will join LinkSquares’ board of directors, according to a press release announcing the funding.
