As ALSP Advisor and a digital nomad, I am scouring the globe in search of ALSPs with interesting value propositions. Most recently, I spent a couple of weeks in Tanzania and South Africa where I met with CEOs of ALSPs to learn and see firsthand how they are successfully supporting law departments and law firms.
In transit, at the Addis Ababa airport, I came across teams of runners en route to compete in the Tokyo Olympics. That’s when I realized that many alternative legal service providers and Olympians have something in common: They have become exceptional because they follow the same regimen.
