Enterprise technology provider Conga announced Tuesday it has acquired contract review and analytics tool Contract Wrangler. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

In a press release announcing the acquisition, Conga noted that Contract Wrangler will be offered as a standalone product renamed Conga Contract Intelligence, while its capabilities will also be added to Conga's existing CLM tools. These capabilities include data visualization dashboards and extracting data from contracts, such as terms and obligations, into a searchable database.

In an emailed statement, Conga told Legaltech News that all Contract Wrangler employees will now become a part of Conga, while Contract Wrangler customers should not expect any disruption to the product. Conga will also be providing customers with an overview of its product changes and investment plan in the coming weeks.
