To keep up with the modern corporate client, law firms will need to offer some flexibility to consider additional software purchases and possibly reconfigure policies, according to ILTACON 2021′s "Information Lifecycle Strategies for Modern Collaboration" panel on Wednesday. And if law firms remain rigid regarding collaboration tools, no matter their size, they may lose some clients.
