An employee of a contractor working with ILTA on ILTACON 2021 has tested positive for COVID-19. ILTA noted that the fourth and final day of the conference, which is taking place at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, will continue on as scheduled.

The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) announced Wednesday night that ILTACON 2021, which is taking place both online and in-person at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas, had its first confirmed case of COVID-19. An email from Dawn Hudgins, vice president service delivery for ILTA, sent to all ILTACON in-person attendees noted that "an employee of a contractor working with ILTA to support ILTACON has tested positive for COVID-19." Due to applicable privacy laws, ILTA was not permitted to release any personal information on the employee.
