While some corporate clients fear remote document review, the pandemic largely proved off-site review generally isn't inferior or more dangerous. And with enough "cheesy" Zoom calls and open lines of communication, they can mirror the accuracy and efficiency of in-person review processes, said a panel of e-discovery professionals.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
