Frontline Managed Services is continuing its M&A streak, this time focused on IT consulting managed services with the addition of Logicforce.

Frontline announced Tuesday it has acquired Logicforce, a legal IT consulting service with over 23 years of experience focused on middle-market and large law firms. The acquisition adds Logicforce's 50 IT professionals to Frontline's IT Managed Services staff, and adds 100 new law firm clients to Frontline's customer base, according to the company. The acquisition also adds technology capabilities in Logicforce's Synthesis E-IT Secure (SEITS) service, a proprietary assessment of law firm technology and business goals.

Logicforce CEO Gulam Zade and CFO and COO Bret Babcock will join the Frontline management team. No financial details for the transaction have been released publicly at this time.
