The pandemic and a remote workforce catapulted law firms' knowledge management into the spotlight. And, while new KM software can be ignored and collect dust, legal industry leaders noted that law firms are increasingly hiring knowledge management lawyers, an indication that the emphasis on KM won't dwindle.
