The days of extensive wining and dining merger or acquisition prospects might be over, a reality that was almost unthinkable before COVID-19.
"It would have been 100% in-person," said Consilio CEO Andy Macdonald of legal tech mergers and acquisitions. "It would have been dinners, presentations, due diligence sessions. It would have been all in-person."
