Contract lifecycle management (CLM) is continuing to catch the eye of legal technology investors. The latest example of this trend: New Jersey-based Malbek, which today announced a $15.3 million Series A funding round.

Noro-Moseley Partners, whose investment strategy focuses on early growth information technology and healthcare companies, leads the funding round. TDF Ventures and Osage Venture Partners also participated in the round.
