The CEO of the London-headquartered CLM provider notes the funding will be leveraged to meet enterprises' demand for more consolidated tech infrastructure.

Add ContractPodAi to the small but growing list of legal tech companies that have secured a nine-figure investment. Today, the contract life cycle management (CLM) provider announced it raised a $115 million Series C investment round.
The investment was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Along with providing capital, SoftBank Vision Fund investment vice president Ayush Jain will also join ContractPodAi's board, the CLM provider said in a statement. Previously, the company raised $55 million during a Series B round in 2019, according to published reports.
