Paradigm is set to continue its growth trajectory: The practice management software provider announced today it has received an undisclosed amount of strategic growth capital from global investment firm Francisco Partners.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Q4 in December pending customary closing conditions. "With Francisco Partners' financial support and extensive software and payments expertise, we look forward to expanding our product suite and further innovating," said Paradigm CEO Soumya Nettimi in a press release.

Nobody can accuse the company of being reluctant to shake things up. Paradigm, which rebranded from ASG LegalTech last January, is the parent organization behind time and billing software Bill4Time and practice management platform PracticePanther. The company also formally expanded into automated payment technology with the September 2020 acquisition of legal finance software company Headnote.
