San Francisco-based social-audio app Clubhouse, which launched last year and already has a valuation of $4 billion, has tapped Anthony Falzone as its first general counsel, according to the former Pinterest lawyer’s LinkedIn profile.

Falzone served as Pinterest’s deputy general counsel for nine years. When he came aboard in 2012, he became Pinterest’s second lawyer, and over the years he built and led functions related to litigation, intellectual property, data privacy, product consulting, employment, international corporate matters and law enforcement.
