Marketing spend may still be below pre-pandemic levels, but law firms are increasingly using their marketing budget to create new opportunities for business development and recruitment. To be sure, law firms are notoriously risk-averse, which can include avoiding nontraditional marketing practices. But law firm marketing specialists said the technology embraced during COVID-19 lockdowns won't go back on the shelf after pandemic fears subside.
