As technology usage and expectations evolve, the challenges facing e-discovery practitioners are only growing, according to a panel of Reed Smith partners gathered for a webinar.

On Dec. 2, Reed Smith hosted a “Discovery Crossfire—Debating the Controversial Issues in E-Discovery” debate where Reed Smith tech and data and e-discovery group partner Therese Craparo and tech and data group partner Anthony Diana argued for and against new e-discovery approaches, which they noted didn’t necessarily reflect their, Reed Smith’s or clients’ views. Reed Smith records and e-discovery group chair David Cohen moderated the debate.
