With new services comes a new name. On Thursday, e-discovery, contract analytics and CLM provider Compliance announced it is rebranding as Cimplifi to reflect its recent evolution. Earlier this month, the company also rebranded its discovery platform to Cimplifi, a name that is now expanding to its whole organization.

In a press release announcing the rebrand, Cimplifi CEO Marc Zamsky noted that the change reflected the company's recent growth. "We are redefining who we are to align with our expanded capabilities, enhanced technology, and deep bench of expertise," he said.

To be sure, Cimplifi has undergone significant changes since 2021. Last February, the company welcomed a new president, former Consilio executive Amy Hinzmann. Just weeks later in March, Oaktree Capital Management acquired equity interest Cimplifi's parent company System One, with the aim to invest in Cimplifi's growth.
