Law firm partners are overwhelmingly in favour of a return to the office following a period that many believe has damaged their institution’s culture and made it harder to retain staff.

With London workers expected to start returning to their Central London offices this week following the end of working from home guidance by the government, a Law.com International poll of 59 senior U.K. industry practitioners found 68% feel remote working is damaging their firm’s culture.
