Earlier this year, the Law.com Contributing Editors group conducted an informal poll asking whether the surprise rise of the omicron variant had changed readers’ opinions on remote work.

The key takeaway from the anonymous poll is that the additional time spent working from home as omicron drove a renewed spike in positive COVID-19 cases caused many who may have previously been on the fence to question the necessity of office work.
