Today, legal software provider Paradigm announced it acquired immigration practice management platform LollyLaw. Launched in 2014, LollyLaw caters specifically to immigration law firms with the aim of streamlining practice-specific workflows, document management, calendaring and time capture, and access to immigration forms, among other features. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition of LollyLaw represents a new direction for Paradigm, which has mainly focused on acquiring holistic instead of practice-specific tools.
