The legal tech provider will use its investment to scale pro bono programs internationally, as well as enhance product development seeking to show that justice tech is an investable vertical.

Pro BonoToday, Chicago-based legal pro bono technology platform Paladin announced it has closed on an $8 million Series A funding round, led by venture capital fund World Within, with participation from repeat investors Mark Cuban, American Family Institute for Corporate and Social Impact, C2V, Concrete Rose and Hyde Park Venture Partners, along with new investors Vamos Ventures, The 98 and Engage VC among others.
