LegalTech Hub Expands Into Job Listings With LegalTech Jobs Acquisition
LegalTech Hub co-founder Nicola Shaver says the LegalTech Jobs acquisition is "a manifestation of our strategy to evolve the Hub beyond a directory. It's a resource center, useful to many verticals in the industry."

Following a revamp of its legal technology directory earlier this year, LegalTech Hub is turning to M&A to introduce its newest capability: legal technology job listings.
Today, LegalTech Hub announced it has acquired Brussels-based job posting website LegalTech Jobs, which was founded in 2020 by innovation consultant Daan Vansimpsen. The LegalTech Jobs website features international job postings from legal technology industry companies as well as the ability for job seekers to submit resumes.
Financial details for the transaction were not made public. Vansimpsen will remain as an advisor to LegalTech Hub, but will not be an employee of the combined company.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments.
