After spending about two decades as an operator doing some angel investing, Zach Posner started noticing a pattern in the legal tech industry: Most startups that built software in the legal space were being disregarded by venture capitalists.

Yet he says he saw “how big of an industry legal is” and knew there was a potential there. That was the push that made him start the LegalTech Fund in 2020.
