Recent years have seen an increase in judicial analytics—data that helps litigators piece together their court strategy by offering information on case outcomes, dockets and more.

However, one new company is looking to take these analytics from reactive to predictive, offering both a percentage chance for a certain case outcome, as well as a specific number of how long it will take to get there. And it’s doing so not only with case data that includes both decided and dismissed cases, but also with external and demographic data that includes where a judge went to law school, financial net worth, geography and more.
