In addition to acquiring products, NetDocuments is launching new ones by integrating them into their native systems. "You shouldn't have to integrate two products from the same vendor," said CEO Josh Baxter.

On Thursday, cloud-based document and email management provider NetDocuments announced the launch of a new product called PatternBuilder—a tool intended to generate documents within the NetDocuments system and eliminate the need for separate vendors and security audits involved in imports and exports.
