Alternative legal service provider LegalEase Solutions announced Monday that it has acquired contract lifecycle management (CLM) consultancy CLM Gurus for an undisclosed sum.
Among other offerings, LegalEase provides custom legal operations, intelligence, CLM and litigation management solutions to law firms and legal departments, while CLM Gurus assists clients with implementing and integrating their CLM solutions.
