On Monday, at the International Legal Technology Association 2022 (ILTA), Relativity announced a new pricing model.

The e-discovery company will eliminate per-seat user licensing fees, switching to a bundled data fee for its cloud-based RelativityOne subscription. The new data fee will also include Relativity Legal Hold, the company's integrated legal hold management workflow solution, at no additional cost, according to the press release.

All RelativityOne subscribers, old and new, will be moved to the new pricing structure, except those in the service provider pool of users who will be allowed to remain on the legacy model due to the "complexity of their businesses," explained Relativity CEO Mike Gamson.
