E-discovery services firm HaystackID announced Wednesday that it acquired e-discovery service provider Business Intelligence Associates (BIA). No financial details were provided for the deal, though a press release announcing the acquisition noted that it was facilitated by HaystackID investor and private equity firm Quad-C Management.

In the press release, HaystackID CEO Hal Brooks said, “This deal follows a period of organizational alignment and internal investment around innovation, technology and advisory services and builds on several years of investment and growth. All of these internal and external investments position us well for additional future international growth across all of our business lines.”
