Legal tech platform Reynen Court announced the launch of an online stock offering Wednesday to draw the attention of lawyers and legal tech entrepreneurs looking to invest in the company.

The company, which launched over two years ago as an app store for legal tech—with investment from law firms like Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Latham & Watkins and Nishimura & Asahi, among others—is now looking to scale its offerings, as well as promote networking within the legal world by allowing investments from public affinity groups.
