Legal tech tools are now widely used both in law firms and in-house legal departments. However, it is easy to forget that legal technology is still relatively nascent, and we can overlook the fact that any technology is useless if nobody actually uses it. Adoption will always be key.

My team and I have been working with our customers in several practice areas to aid their roll-out of our software for the last five years. Based on those experiences, I wanted to share my top three tips for ensuring the relevant teams and individuals in your firm adopt—and use—the legal technology you have chosen to invest in.
