Plaintiffs’ firm Podhurst Orseck is accusing e-discovery company Veristar of breach of contract in a complaint filed in the Takata MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Tuesday.

The lawsuit comes weeks before a hearing scheduled in the Delaware bankruptcy court in the ongoing litigation between Podhurst Orseck and Veristar over a motion filed by Veristar seeking to hold the plaintiff’s firm liable to pay for data storage fees.
