Legal technology has never been hotter, but we can sometimes overlook the fact that legal technology relies on one thing: Adoption.

You must ensure adoption across individuals within a law firm or in-house team with different personalities, priorities, ways of working and preferences preferences for using a piece of technology. Widening adoption often relies on those individuals encouraging their teams and colleagues to use that tool to make a particular process quicker, more accurate and more efficient, too.
