HBR Consulting announced Tuesday that private equity firm Renovus Capital acquired HBR's Advisory business, effective Nov. 10, 2022. As part of the acquisition, HBR's Advisory business will separate and operate independently from its Information Technology (IT), Managed Services and Keno Kozie businesses.
