The year of acquisitions in legal tech is not quite over. Today, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announced that it has acquired London-based Della AI, an AI-powered contract review solution for law firms and in-house legal departments. Financial details were not disclosed.

Della AI’s technology uses advanced natural language processing to allow users to review contracts in multiple languages by asking simple questions. Under the acquisition, Della AI will join the Legal Software unit of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, which provides software solutions for corporate legal departments and law firms, including Kleos and Legisway.
