On Monday, Vancouver-based practice management company Clio announced it expanded to Australia and hired a new general manager in the region.

The news comes nearly eight years after the company last expanded globally with its office in Dublin in 2013. Now, Jack Newton, the CEO and founder of Clio, believes Australia is the right next step for the company’s growth in “another Commonwealth country.”
