A Florida trial lawyer is calling attention to a "dramatic and devastating change" he says he has seen in the law over the last 30 years. In this week's episode, Law.com litigation reporter Lisa Willis talks to John Uustal of Kelley | Uustal about the topic of his book, "Corporate Serial Killers."
