While many legal tech providers are riding the GPT-wave, each announcing new products or features powered by generative AI one after the other, on the other side of the industry, legal professionals are trying to determine exactly what it means for their work.

It’s fair to say that legal is for now divided between those excited and curious about generative AI and large language models (LLMs), and those worried about the negative impact advanced AI technology could have on the legal industry.
