Over the past couple of years, e-discovery has evolved to account for new data types, and ever-growing volumes of discoverable information. And while lawyers are still grappling with such challenges, new technologies emerging are likely to soon—if not already—put further strain on their e-discovery strategies, so much so that it seems it's time to rethink ways of preserving and collecting data.
