Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning have a complex history of technological breakthroughs. Most recently, generative AI models such as ChatGPT and GPT-4 have garnered overwhelming attention across industries and triggered a global conversation around the use of AI by businesses.
In a recently published study, researchers at Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University concluded the industry most eligible to take advantage of the recent advancements in AI was "legal services."
